PhoenixPuff(thingtype)
Used by projectiles to spawn two objects of thingtype that move at 1.3 speed per tic in perpendicular directions left and right relative to the projectile. In addition, it calls HticTracer(5, 10), which means that the projectile will home into the target if defined as a SEEKERMISSILE and called from a codepointer that lets it home.
