This is copied from the ZDoom wiki.

This template is a wrapper around [[wikipedia:blah]] interwiki links. It's shorter to type.
Use:

• {{wp|Blah}} makes a Blah link to the Wikipedia page for Blah, as such: Blah
• {{wp|Foo|Bar}} makes a Bar link to the Wikipedia page for Foo, as such: Bar
