MntrFloorFire

MntrFloorFire is called by the floor fire missile as it moves, spawning small burning flames.

First, it fixes the calling object to the floor. Then, it spawns a MaulotaurFloorFlame object near the caller's coordinates, as a projectile belonging to caller's shooter.
