Used by the Heretic undead warrior axe and nitrogolem projectile to play their flight sounds.

Notes
If calling actor is KnightAxe, it plays sound ht_kgtatk. If actor is GolemShot, it plays ht_mumhed.
You can just use PlaySound or PlaySoundEx.
