A fixed point angle, most commonly used in ACS, is a value expressed with a decimal point, from 0.0 to 1.0, which on ACS is equivalent to 0 to 65536, which translates to direction the following way:
- 0.0: east
- 0.25: north
- 0.5: west
- 0.75: south
