A fixed point angle, most commonly used in ACS, is a value expressed with a decimal point, from 0.0 to 1.0, which on ACS is equivalent to 0 to 65536, which translates to direction the following way:

  • 0.0: east
  • 0.25: north
  • 0.5: west
  • 0.75: south
