Heretic Chaos Device action. Used when picking up it as an artifact, from the useaction field.

Notes
On single-player and coop, teleports the actor to the player 1 start. On deathmatch, it picks a random spawn spot. It produces the teleportation fog and plays sound 402 (ht_wpnup).
