Applies the following bits from MBF21, possibly replacing existing Eternity flags. It can either be a sum of the numbers or |, ",", + joined list of the following bits:
*LOGRAV (1): low gravity
*SHORTMRANGE (2): short missile range
*DMGIGNORED (4): other things ignore its attacks
*NORADIUSDMG (8): doesn't take splash damage
*FORCERADIUSDMG (16): causes splash damage even if target immune
*HIGHERMPROB (32): higher missile attack probability
*RANGEHALF (64): use half distance for missile attack probability
*NOTHRESHOLD (128): no targeting threshold
*LONGMELEE (256): revenant proximity shyness
*BOSS (512): full volume see / death sound + splash immunity
*MAP07BOSS1 (1024): tag 666 "boss" on DOOM 2 MAP07
*MAP07BOSS2 (2048): tag 667 "boss" on DOOM 2 MAP07
