This is the D'sparil teleportation decision pointer. Depending on health, there's a probability up to 75% that a teleport will occur (if there are DsparilTeleSpot objects in the map). Upon teleporting to a random DsparilTeleSpot on the map, of minimum 128 distance from the caller, it will go to the S_SOR2_TELE1 frame and spawn DsparilTeleFade objects at its source and destination coordinates.
