VolcBallImpact is called when a volcano ball hits something.

If the calling object is on the floor, it will be lifted 28 map units and get gravity removed. The object will cause 25 radius damage, then spawn 4 VolcanoBallSmall projectiles in four cardinal directions which will get velocities of 0.7 units horizontally and 1 to 3 vertically.
