19:Thing_Stop(tid)

All things tagged tid will have their movement halted, though they will be able to resume movement soon after. For example you can use this special to stop projectiles in mid-air, or damage-thrusted monsters to stop drifting. You won't be able to use this to hold monsters in position, since they can move by their own at each Chase state.
