Hexen format SNDINFO

For the upcoming Hexen support, Eternity can now read SNDINFO lumps of Hexen format. Like EDF, they can be used to give logical names (mnemonics) to sounds. If the SNDINFO is meant to override EDF definitions, it should contain the $edfoverride keyword.
